Our Leadership

Welcome to CIMA Consulting Group

My name is Martha Foreman and I am the CEO of CIMA Consulting Group.

I founded CIMA in 2017 to fulfill a lifelong dream of entrepreneurship. As the daughter of South American immigrants, I witnessed the sacrifices my parents made to move our family to the United States in order to provide me with a better life. I also learned the value of hard work and treating others with respect and kindness. During my early years in the United States, I often helped my parents translate contracts between English and Spanish, which helped teach me responsibility at an early age. My childhood experiences ignited a passion to solve problems and help people. Decades later, that same passion for helping others and building relationships led me to found CIMA.

The Spanish word Cima translates to “top”, “summit” or “peak”. Helping both our clients and consultants achieve the Peak of their potential is our goal!

Most of my career has been spent in the Staffing industry, leading teams supporting small, mid-size, and Fortune 500 clients. During those 25+ years, I had the opportunity to build a distinct point of view on how consultants, employees and clients should be treated.

I’m deeply committed to promoting fair hiring practices, empowering my team to create a diverse and inclusive culture of opportunity. I am also very thankful for my involvement in the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). I have benefited and learned so much from being a part of those organizations.

My team and I are proud to earn our clients’ business every day by delivering on our commitments, building trust, and working toward a vision of shared success.
